Participant of the “Sales and Management ADVANCED” Course, Cohort XXX – Tamar Gigolashvili

  • 20 Jan 2026

1) What was your motivation for enrolling in the Sales and Management course at ISI?
First of all, I wanted to challenge myself and validate my approaches both in team management and in negotiations with clients.
It was also important for me to deepen my technical knowledge-not only on a theoretical level, but by developing practical skills that can be directly applied in a real working environment.

2) What were your expectations before the course started, and did the reality meet them?
Before the course began, I did not have any particular expectations and assumed it would be a more standard, theory-based program. However, the reality far exceeded my expectations-the course was very dynamic, engaging, and focused on real results. Not a single session felt boring; it was clear that the materials were highly tailored to the practical needs of business.

3) Which topics or sessions stood out to you the most, and why?
The Harvard case stood out the most due to its realism, emotional depth, and practical relevance. This session was the closest to my day-to-day work reality. I also found the sessions on negotiation techniques and effective client communication strategies particularly interesting.

4) What was the most practical part of the course for you?
The greatest value for me was seeing how easily the course materials could be translated into real work situations. This was not just “how-to” theory-the course demonstrated how these concepts actually work in practice.

5) How did the knowledge gained from the course impact your daily work?
The knowledge I gained had a very positive impact on my daily work processes. My work became more structured and deliberate. In communication with both my team and clients, I now act in a more goal-oriented, effective, and confident manner.

6) How did your perspective on sales and management change after completing the course?
After the course, my perspective expanded significantly and became more systematic. Many things I previously did based on intuition or experience now have a much more structured and well-thought-out approach.

7) In your opinion, what distinguishes ISI?
The International Sales Institute stands out for its practical approach, case-based learning, and highly professional trainers who explain complex topics in a clear and accessible way. The course is not purely theoretical-everything is closely connected to real work processes. The individual approach and the environment where every participant feels engaged and motivated are also highly noticeable. This combination is what makes ISI truly unique.

8) Who would you recommend this course to, and why?
I would recommend it to anyone who takes sales and management seriously, whether they are beginners or experienced professionals.
I am already planning to involve my team in this program within my company. This course is ideal for those who want to grow professionally, refine their approach, and gain tools that help achieve success in a real business environment.
